Mechanical Engineering Experience
I can provide mechanical design and drafting services, on a short-term full time basis or a long-term part time basis, in my office or at your facility using Solid Works 3D software installed my laptop computer.
3D solid models made with Solid Works can be converted into detail drawings and if required actual models can be made of representative engineered materials.

- Castings; Aluminum die-castings, investment castings and sand castings.
- Plastics; Injection molding, extrusions, blow molding, structural foam, bulk and sheet molding, vacuum and pressure forming, plastic welding and fiberglass processes.
- Metal; Stamping, forming, drawing, coining, milling, water jet cutting and turning.
- Electro-mechanical Packaging; Housings to meet NEMA requirements, electrical and electronics enclosures.
